Bank of Beirut
We have proudly partnered with several financial institutions, notably serving as the designated contractor for Bank of Beirut under Jean El Khoury Development in Lebanon. Our collaboration includes the execution of more than 15 branches, ranging from the renovation of UNESCO heritage flagship locations to the construction of cutting-edge, high-tech branches like the Jdeideh branch. Many of these projects were designed by the renowned architect Bernard Khoury, whose innovative approach perfectly complements our commitment to delivering sophisticated and modern banking environments.

We have a strong track record in healthcare infrastructure, including the renovation of Maritime Hospital and the ambitious overhaul of Hôpital de La Croix in Jal El Dib, Lebanon, in partnership with Jean El Khoury Development. This project involved creating a state-of-the-art central kitchen to meet the highest standards of healthcare nutrition. Additionally, through Al Tashilat Al Raida and in partnership with General Electric, we have built over 10 NICU units in Iraq. In the industrial sector, we executed a state-of-the-art slaughterhouse in Lebanon under Jean El Khoury Development, meeting ISO 22000 standards with supervision by COGEMAT Italy and BOECKER. The project included heavy machinery installation and comprehensive water, wastewater, and solid waste management. In Iraq, through Al Tashilat Al Raida, we completed complex pharmaceutical storage warehouses for Al Muasser, showcasing our expertise in handling intricate logistics. Additionally, we contracted Al Ameerat, a commercial office building in Al Mansour, Baghdad. Spanning 4,800m², this project features advanced façade works, MEP installations, and high-end finishes, set to become a landmark in Baghdad’s commercial landscape.
